Mutlu Pasta – Gaziantep, one of the important companies of the pasta sector, preferred the Automatic Baling Machine of the GPM Machine for Baling operations, which is the secondary packaging station of their manufacturing processes.
Mutlu Pasta, which has transferred all its production lines to the production infrastructure without human touch, has incorporated our BVM-1300 Vertical Baling Machine in order to save significant personnel and speed up the processes. Thanks to the machine we have installed, it has become fully automated by the BVM-1300 Vertical Baling Machine, which is normally performed by 4-5 personnel in one shift, and it has become able to carry out its operations with 1 personnel.
Now, the packaged products coming from the packaging unit reach the Vertical Baling Machine with the band system untouched by human hands, and the baling process is carried out smoothly and quickly without human touch.
