Arbella Pasta – Durum Food, one of the important companies of the pasta and legume industry, preferred GPM Makine for packaging (BALING) operations in the process of carrying their manufacturing processes to a fully automatic system.

Arbella Pasta, which has transferred all its production lines to the production infrastructure without human touch, has incorporated our BVM-1300 Vertical Baling Machine in order to save significant personnel and speed up the processes. Thanks to the machine we installed in March 2013, it has become fully automated with the BVM-1300 Vertical Baling Machine, which is normally performed by 5 personnel in one shift, and it has become able to carry out its operations with 1 personnel.

Now, the packaged products coming from the packaging unit reach the Vertical Baling Machine with the band system untouched by human hands, and the baling process is carried out smoothly and quickly without human touch.
